what does it mean to be an individual?
does the body end at the surface of our own skin, or are we ourselves simply the cells of a greater social organism?
there is an unseen web of connection entangling us, simultaneously strengthening us through connection to community
and putting us at risk of infection.
I was invited by Mack McFarland & Ariana Jacob to show my work, dividual, for the emBEINGbodies exhibition hosted by Congress Yard Projects, an outdoor gallery space created during the height of the pandemic.
